Key Responsibilities as a Panel Beater:
  • Restore damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing and replacing body components.
  • Assess the most effective methods for conducting repairs and utilise specialist body repair equipment to achieve the best results.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve site targets.
  • Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all repairs.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work area, following health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
What's required from you? To become a successful Panel Beater for our client, you will need:
  • Experience as a panel beater or multiskilled technician from an accident repair background.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge in panel beating techniques and equipment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and repair damage efficiently.
  • Ideally, you will be ATA/NVQ qualified, and our client is committed to supporting you in renewing these to further enhance your skills and expertise.
