  • Position: Senior Vehicle Technician 
  • Location: Kettering 
  • Basic Salary: £34,000 + Bonus 
  • OTE: £37,500
  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Day off in the week when working a Saturday

Our client, a well established Fast Fit group, is seeking to employ a Technician to work within their busy site in Northampton, to ensure that the work is carried out to the company's high standards.

This role offers a pathway to future management positions, providing an excellent opportunity for career advancement within the company.

Duties of a Senior Vehicle Technician with our Client:
  • Oversee and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical faults and determine necessary repairs or adjustments.
  • Perform inspections and ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and meet safety standards
  • Manage and prioritise workload to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Monitor and manage inventory, ordering parts and supplies as needed with the service advisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  What our Client expects of their Senior Vehicle Technician:
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair 
  • Have a good attitude to work at all times.
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge.
  • Maintaining the workshop to a high standard.
  • Ensuring adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in the Workshop.
