Vehicle Technician Needed in Worcestershire
  • Salary: Basic salary £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (based on experience)
  • Location: Worcester
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (NO weekends!)

Roles and Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:
  • Conduct detailed electronic service inspection reports.
  • Utilise diagnostic testing equipment and manufacture tooling to deliver first-time fix diagnostic evaluations.
  • Undertake high-quality repairs efficiently.
  • Communicate with Front of House Advisors for technical feedback.
  • Work directly with the business owner.
  • Enter Top Garage and Top Technician competitions.
What's required from you as a Vehicle Technician?:
  • At least 5 years of previous experience in a vehicle workshop.
  • Relevant motor vehicle technician qualifications.
  • Own foundational tools and toolbox (special tools provided).
  • Familiarity with German brands like VW/Audi Group, Mercedes & BMW is advantageous.
  • Ability to produce high-quality workmanship under pressure and support peers.
