Our client is a dynamic automotive retail company with ambitious growth plans is looking for an experienced CRM Team Leader to join their marketing department. As the CRM Team Leader, you will be a key member of the marketing leadership team, playing a pivotal role in driving customer relationship management strategies that align with business goals. You will oversee all CRM channels, from planning and activation to analysis and reporting, ensuring that campaigns are targeted effectively and deliver optimal results.

Key Responsibilities as a CRM Team Leader:
  • Lead and manage the CRM team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Provide clear direction and articulate requirements, particularly in technical or digital aspects, to enhance CRM strategies.
  • Own and manage all CRM channels, creating and executing comprehensive campaign plans that resonate with target audiences.
  • Utilize CRM tools and data analytics to uncover customer insights, driving improvements in the customer journey.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of all CRM activities, ensuring they align with broader business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet and exceed targets.
Skills & Experience needed of the CRM Team Leader:
  • Proven CRM Experience:
  • Demonstrable experience in leading CRM channels, with a strong understanding of campaign planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a team.
  • Skilled in articulating technical or digital requirements to enhance CRM capabilities.
