They have a dedicated team of Parts & Service staff supporting Technicians who can perform maintenance and repairs on all makes and models of cars. The dealership's workshop is equipped with state-of-the-art diagnostic tools and equipment to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards. You will be a key member of the operation supporting their work.

Motor trade experience is not required for this role but experience within a warehouse with stock control management experience is needed if you don't have motor trade experience!

- Handling sales orders from customers in person and over the phone.
- Managing inventory for vehicle parts and accessories.
- Keeping the stock room organised.
- Issuing invoices for sold parts.
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely stock availability.
- Monitoring stock levels and overseeing the re-ordering process for essential items.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Capability to learn and operate specialised computer systems.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ideal for individuals who are methodical, articulate, logical thinkers, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Experience in stock management within logistics or warehouse settings is beneficial, as is prior motor trade experience. However, comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate looking to advance in a modern, high-tech dealership.
