- Basic Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bonus (Flexible for the right candidate)
- OTE: £55,000
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm

Key responsibilities of an Service Manager:
- Oversee all aftersales operations including service, parts, and warranty.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve aftersales performance.
- Manage, train, and motivate a team of aftersales staff.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on departmental performance and KPIs.
- Proven experience in an aftersales management role within the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of automotive aftersales operations.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high standards of service.
- Full UK driving license.
- Competitive basic salary up to £45,000 with an OTE of £60,000.
