We are seeking a Car Paint Sprayer to join our Client’s established Used Car Dealerships internal bodyshop in the Flimwell area, focusing on their own vehicles for sale!

As a Paint Sprayer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that vehicles leave the workshop looking their best. You'll apply paint to a variety of vehicle surfaces, from minor touch-ups to full resprays, ensuring a perfect finish every time. Your expertise will help maintain the high standards our client is known for, ensuring customer vehicles are returned to them in pristine condition.

The successful Car Paint Sprayer will ideally have experience within the automotive industry, specifically within a bodyshop or paint spraying position. You’ll need to have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be precise, efficient, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding results are essential for success in this role.

Duties of a Car Paint Sprayer with our Client:

  • Preparing vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming.
  • Mixing and applying paint to vehicles, ensuring a perfect color match and smooth finish.
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure all work meets the required standards.
  • Managing time effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
What our client expects of their Car Paint Sprayer:

  • Previous experience in a Paint Sprayer role within the motor trade is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of paint mixing and application techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Full UK Driving Licence – Preferably Clean.
