  • Position: Service Advisor
  • Location: Leicester
  • Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DoE)
  • Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Alternate Saturday Mornings, 8:00am - 12:00pm
Our client is a respected commercial vehicle dealership based within Leicester. They are currently on the lookout for an experienced Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. 

Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
  • Acting as the main point of contact for customers requiring maintenance or repairs for their commercial vehicles
  • Liaising with customers to book service appointments and manage vehicle progress
  • Communicating effectively with the workshop team to ensure smooth operations
  • Providing accurate estimates for repairs and service work
  • Ensuring all customer inquiries are handled professionally and promptly
Requirements for the Service Advisor role:
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role, ideally within the commercial vehicle or motor trade industry
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
  • Familiarity with dealership management systems (DMS)
