We are in search of a Parts Sales Executive to join our Client’s Automotive Business in the Basingstoke area.

Our Client is part of a network of running Commercial Dealerships and Fleet workshops for Commercial Vehicles, and are looking to add to their Parts team. They are looking for an experienced Parts Sales Executive to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing parts sales within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.

Our Client is offering the successful Parts Sales Executive:
  • Up To £32,000 Salary + Bonus
  • Monday To Friday Hours Only (45 Hour Week) 
  • NO Weekends
  • 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays 
  • Automotive Parts Experience Required 
Duties of a Parts Sales Executive:
  • To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
  • To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service, and promote customer satisfaction and dealership CXI rating
  • Working within the sales team on sales of product promotions by answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries
  • Develop the parts sales business within the market area, identifying new business opportunities and promoting the company's products and services in respect of all after sales opportunities
  • Analysis on Market Area Postcodes to increase market  penetration
What our Client expects of their Parts Sales Executive:
  • Previous automotive parts experience
  • Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organisational and administration skills
  • Experience using Kerridge is Advantageous but not essential
  • Full and Clean Driving License
