Our client are a successful national accident repair centre with sites dotted all over the UK. Their site in Poole, Dorset have a rare opening for a Bodyshop Manager to join their team!

As a business they are a supplier to a well know UK Car Insurance Company working closely together with them to remove the complexity of the accident repair industry to provide a streamlined service. As well their site has that “wow-factor” about it too! They have carefully thought about the customer journey and working conditions to provide a unique business with a family feel to both customer and employee.

Working as a Bodyshop Manager you will lead a team of Paint Sprayers and Panel Beaters to complete mid-range accident repairs ensure jobs are efficiently completed within the allotted time key-to-key time of 2-3 days, taking pride in delivery a high quality service to their customers.

To be considered for this rare and exciting role, you need to have managerial experience within a bodyshop/accident repair centre environment. Our client are looking for someone to walk into this role so unfortunately will not consider applicants without such managerial experience.

The Bodyshop Manager role will include, but is not limited to the following tasks:
  • Opening the workshop and delegating to the team.
  • Reporting to Regional Manager each day.
  • Liaising with all team members to ensure targets are met.
  • Giving estimated completion dates.
  • Ensuring workshop is safe and PPE is being always used adequately.
  • Quality checks of vehicles.
