For this General Manager role you must have:
  • Customer experience skills and exceeding set targets by manufacturer.
  • Administrative management accounts understanding, P&L, forecasting experience.
  • Ford dealership/product experience is not essential but would be a benefit to this role.
  • New and used car sales/purchase knowledge.
  • New and used commercial vehicle knowledge.
  • Stock management/stock turnover vehicles and aftersales
  • Aftersales and parts sales management knowledge.
  • An understanding in automotive bodyshop and smart repair.
  • Are you a team player?
  • Be able to influence, support and motivate a team.
  • Have the attitude to make it happen by driving the standard in customer care.
  • Experienced in automotive leadership.
  • Demonstrate people are at the forefront of everything you do.
  • Track record as GM/DP or head of business in an automotive role.
