This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join one of the UK’s leading vehicle Fleet specialists in Reading!

As a Fleet Vehicle Technician working for our client, using your technical knowledge and skills, you will be carrying out diagnosis, undertaking vehicle servicing and completing repairs to approved standards, as well as delivering unbeatable customer service our customers each and every time. The workshop in Reading delivers maintenance, servicing and warranty work for a large fleet of vehicles. The workshop is an integral part of our business, alongside providing regional workshop support of other sites and large corporate client fleets in the area.

Our Client is offering the successful Vehicle Technician:
  • Up To £38,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (OTE £44,000)
  • 42.5 Hour Week Monday To Friday / Saturday Morning Rota (Overtime Paid)
  • Overtime Paid At x 1.5!
  • National Fleet Workshop Environment
  • 24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Duties of a Vehicle Technician with our Client:
  • Carrying out Service Checks
  • Repair work
  • Carrying out Diagnostics
  • PDI Work
  • Undertaking Vehicle Road Tests
To be considered for this role, you must:
  • Qualified Light Vehicle Technician or equivalent
  • Confident and capable of carrying out a wide range of vehicle maintenance and repair 
  • Offer support and help to your colleagues 
  • Able to provide technical advice and carry out vehicle maintenance and repair work, in accordance with technical procedures
  • Full UK Driving Licence
