  • Position: LCV Technician (Nights)
  • Location: Dunstable 
  • Basic Salary: £39,000 + Bonus
  • OTE: £45,000+
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30pm - 6:30am

Join a leading commercial vehicle dealership in Dunstable, known for its top-tier customer service and well-equipped, modern workshop. Specialising in light commercial vehicles (LCVs), the company is renowned for its commitment to excellence and offers fantastic opportunities for career growth.

Due to continued expansion, they are looking for a Night Shift LCV Technician to join their dedicated team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced LCV Technician who prefers working nights and is looking for a role that offers great pay, optional overtime, and a stable working environment.

Responsibilities of an LCV Technician:
  • Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on Vans.
  • Diagnose faults efficiently using advanced diagnostic equipment.
  • Ensure all vehicles meet high standards of safety and performance.
  • Work independently during night shifts, ensuring jobs are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements for this LCV Technician role:
  • City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance, or equivalent experience as a Car or LCV Technician.
  • Strong practical knowledge of using IT systems and diagnostic tools to achieve results efficiently.
  • Safety-focused, with a commitment to a "right first time" approach to repairs and maintenance.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment, with the flexibility to adapt to varying customer needs.
  • Good commercial awareness, with experience in the demands of a busy workshop environment.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.
