- Salary: £40,269 Basic + Overtime (£19.36 per hour, £29.04 for overtime)
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:30 (Flexibility for occasional late shifts with additional pay)

They operate out of a modern and fully equipped commercial vehicle fleet maintenance company, is seeking a Senior Technician/Workshop Foreman to join their team.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can lead a small team, manage fleet compliance, and be responsible for the service and maintenance of a fleet of 78 vehicles, including Mercedes Sprinters, Mercedes Vario, Iveco Daily, DAFs, and EV vehicles.

- Fleet Checks: Supervise vehicles checking in and out, ensuring readiness for use and identifying necessary repairs
- EV and Diesel Maintenance: Work on both diesel and electric vehicles, with training provided for electric vehicle systems
- Team Leadership: Assist in the day-to-day management of the workshop and mentor junior technicians
- Quality Control: Ensure all vehicles leaving the workshop meet the required safety and performance standards
- Experienced Commercial Vehicle Technician: A strong mechanical background with the ability to work on both diesel and electric vehicles
- Diagnostic Skills: Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics (air brake experience beneficial but training provided)
- Leadership Qualities: Ability to oversee a workshop, manage a small team, and ensure fleet compliance
- Tools: Own your personal hand tools; larger tools such as torque wrenches and air guns are provided by the company
- Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional late shifts when needed (with additional pay).
