I am working with a client who are looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager for their Franchise Dealer site in the Moray region.
What is needed as an Aftersales Manager:
- Previous experience working in a similar position within a franchise dealership.
- Confident in the ability to manage the Aftersales Departments.
- Able to provide strong leadership and guidance for your teams.
- Can identify and seek new business whilst able to retain current clients.
- Have experience in ensuring productivity and efficiency targets are met and achieved.
- Able to ensure that fantastic customer service is always provided.
- Can liaise efficiently with all departments when needed.
- Able to provide updates and reports for senior managers when needed.
