Our Client is a reputable independent garage, known for providing high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual looking to take the next step in their automotive career, working closely with the Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of the service department.
As an Automotive Assistant Service Manager, you will support the Service Manager in the smooth running of the workshop and customer service operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the service team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of vehicle repairs and servicing. You will play a key role in ensuring that the service department operates efficiently and profitably.
The successful Automotive Assistant Service Manager will ideally have experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of automotive servicing and repair processes. You’ll need to be a strong leader, with the ability to manage a team, handle customer inquiries, and ensure a smooth workflow in a busy environment.

- A hands-on approach with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Full UK Driving Licence – Preferably Clean.
