- Location: Leamington Spa
- Salary: Basic £28,000 - OTE £35,000
- Working Hours: 8am-6pm Monday to Friday - NO WEEKENDS
Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
- Providing a proactive service to customers scheduling their vehicles for service, maintenance, or repair work.
- Arranging courtesy vehicles where necessary.
- Greeting customers into the Service Department.
- Liaising extensively with the workshop to chase work in progress and keep customers informed of their vehicle's progress.
- Upselling additional products and services where possible.
- Ability to deliver the highest level of customer service through strong communication skills, resulting in total customer satisfaction.
- Strong organisational skills and IT literacy (experience with Kerridge/ADP is preferable).
- Recent or current experience as a Service Advisor or a similar role within the automotive industry is advantageous but not essential.
- A strong customer service-oriented background and a basic mechanical understanding of vehicles.
- Knowledge of warranty procedures and liaising with vehicle manufacturers to authorise warranty repairs would be advantageous but is not essential.
- £28,000 per annum with £35,000 OTE.
