Vehicle Technician Opportunity – Main Dealer in Lichfield
  • Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 + Bonus (OTE £40,000+ uncapped)
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • No Weekends!
  • Holiday: 22 days plus bank holidays (increasing with service)

About this Vehicle Technician role:

As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining vehicles to the highest standards, contributing to our client's outstanding Customer Satisfaction record. We are looking for someone who can:
  • Perform routine vehicle servicing, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Diagnose faults and test potentially faulty components.
  • Support internal departments in the preparation and upkeep of new, used, and loan vehicles.
  • Work closely with the workshop team to share knowledge and continuously learn.
As a Vehicle Technician, our client is looking for:
  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualified candidates are welcome.
  • We’re happy to consider those without Main Dealer experience looking to progress with a manufacturer.
  • Diagnostic-level experience is an advantage, but we are also open to technicians who are keen to develop their skills.
