  • Basic Salary of £20,000 
  • Uncapped OTE of £45,000+

Our client, a well-known Commercial Main Dealer, is seeking a Sales Executive in the Exeter area. Our client offers a stable working environment with a strong reputation within the local community and impressive working hours and on target earnings to match that allows true work/life balance in an automotive sales role.

Our client is seeking applicants to work closely with their existing sales team to assist in the continued running of a successful Sales department.

Duties of a Sales Executive with our Client
  • Achieve and strive to exceed all monthly and annual sales and associated product targets
  • Achieve maximum profitability on Vehicle sales
  • Selling to retail and fleet customers 
  • Ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction to achieve customer loyalty
  • Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty, and finance facilities
  • Achieve industry-leading standards of customer care
  • Bec knowledgeable of all products, accessories, price, and key features
What our Client expects of their Sales Executives
  • Able to plan, organise self and meet agreed work deadlines.
  • Ideally three years' experience of working in car sales - commercial experience preferred but not essential
  • Excellent customer satisfaction skills
  • Confident communication skills
  • Compliance (experience of working within a regulatory/process orientated environment)
  • Organisation skills and being able to manage customer appointments.
  • Ability to show initiative and actively follow up and prospect customers to maximise every sales opportunity.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Right to work within the UK
