Service Advisors Needed in Blackburn
  • Location: Blackburn
  • Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. 1 in 4 Saturdays (mornings only) 47.5 hours per week including the Saturdays. 
  • Salary: £11.44 per hour + uncapped commission and bonus scheme. 
Our client, a prestigious dealership in Blackburn, is currently seeking two experienced Service Advisors and one Senior Service Advisor to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment, where employees are supported and valued.
 
Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor with Our Client:
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients are kept informed about their vehicle’s service or repair status
  • Coordinate vehicle services and repairs, liaising with the workshop team
  • Manage and process customer bookings, accurately inputting information into the system
  • Advise customers on any required repairs or maintenance
  • Handle queries, complaints, and customer requests professionally
  • Work towards achieving set sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Customer-focused approach with an ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience in working to sales targets and managing customer expectations
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
