- Location: Blackburn
- Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. 1 in 4 Saturdays (mornings only) 47.5 hours per week including the Saturdays.
- Salary: £28,000-£32,000 + uncapped commission and bonus scheme.
Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor with Our Client:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring clients are kept informed about their vehicle’s service or repair status
- Coordinate vehicle services and repairs, liaising with the workshop team
- Manage and process customer bookings, accurately inputting information into the system
- Advise customers on any required repairs or maintenance
- Handle queries, complaints, and customer requests professionally
- Work towards achieving set sales targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Customer-focused approach with an ability to build strong relationships
- Experience in working to sales targets and managing customer expectations
- Full UK driving licence preferred
