Our Client is a well-established, independent garage with a strong reputation for providing high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor who thrives in a customer-focused environment and is looking for a great work-life balance.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive excellent service from the moment they make contact, through to the completion of their vehicle’s service or repair. You’ll handle booking appointments, providing estimates, and keeping customers informed throughout the process. You will also liaise with technicians and the parts department to ensure smooth workflow within the garage.

The ideal Service Advisor will have experience in a similar role, ideally in an independent or franchised garage, and must be confident, organised, and passionate about delivering top-quality customer service.

Duties of a Service Advisor with our Client:
  • Greeting customers and managing the service booking process.
  • Liaising between customers and technicians to provide accurate updates on vehicle progress.
  • Preparing accurate service and repair estimates and invoices.
  • Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Managing workshop scheduling to maximise efficiency and service capacity.
  • Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
What our client expects of their Service Advisor:
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor role, ideally within an independent or franchised garage.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence in handling service estimates, invoicing, and customer payments.
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and working independently.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
