- Salary: Fully negotiable depending on experience & qualifications
- Working Hours: 42.5 Hours per week, Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG and spot welding.
- Adhere to manufacturer specifications for repairs.
- Utilise panel beating techniques.
- Execute panel replacements.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet collective objectives.
- Conduct light Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim (MET) work.
- Embrace manufacturer-led training to refine and enhance your skills.
- Carry out aluminum welding.
- A strong team player.
- Qualified to Senior ATA or NVQ Level 3 in Panel.
- Skilled in jig work.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic.
- Has prior bodyshop experience.
- Ideally experienced with electric/hybrid vehicles.
- Holds a welding certification.
- Committed to delivering work to a high standard on the first attempt.
- Capable of following manufacturer repair methods and collaborating effectively.
- Proof of the right to work in the UK.
- A valid UK Driving Licence.
- 28 days annual leave, including bank holidays, plus an extra day for each year of continuous service (up to 5 additional days after 2 years).
