Paint/Prep Technician Needed in Stratford-upon-Avon area

Our client, is looking for a Paint/Prep Technician to join their friendly team. This role will involve working on a variety of motor vehicles, carrying out paint and panel repair work to the highest standards. Reporting to the Bodyshop Controller, you will adhere to all relevant protocols, guidelines, and legislation, ensuring quality and safety in every task.

Key Responsibilities of the Paint Sprayer Role:
  • Deliver top-quality paint repair and restoration services on Ford and other vehicle brands for all customers.
  • Adhere to protocols outlined by legislation, company guidelines, manufacturers, or ATA Senior Technicians.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records promptly.
  • Foster a supportive environment for colleagues and commit to continuous learning and development.
  • Conduct all work in a resource-effective manner, balancing customer satisfaction, quality, safety, and the company's financial considerations.
  • Work independently, showing effective self-management and a commitment to professional excellence.
  • Contribute to the business's success by focusing on personal performance and sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
Essential Skills & Experience Needed:
  • ATA Accredited and fully qualified, with City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent.
  • Proven track record as a skilled vehicle painter, showcasing considerable expertise.
  • Ability to manage processes, handle administration, and complete paperwork.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the balance between customer satisfaction, quality, safety, and financial objectives.
  • Full driving license held for at least 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
  • Evidence of the right to work in the UK.
