We are seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join our Client's  Main Dealer in the Heathrow area.

Our Client is part of a large network is dealerships and are looking to add to their Service team. They are looking for an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join their team providing excellent customer services, providing parts sales within branch as well as externally and maintaining customer relationships.

Our Client is offering the successful Senior Service Advisor:
  • Up To £36,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (£40,000 OTE)
  • 45 Hour Week Monday To Friday / NO Saturdays Currently
  • 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday + Birthday Off
  • Automotive Aftersales Service Advisor Experience Required & Kerridge DMS Knowledge
  • Well-Established Dealer Group With Fantastic Company Perks + Benefits
Duties of a Senior Service Advisor with our Client:
  • Booking customers in the diary
  • Liaise with the workshop and Parts department
  • To match and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Paper work processing
  • Drive the business, increasing in Sales / Profit and maintaining your working environment to a high standard
What our Client expects of their Senior Service Advisors:
  • Previous experience within a Service Advisor role (Garage or Dealership)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a team
  • Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
  • An effective communicator with a commitment to providing exceptional levels of customer service
