Our client, a well respected franchised dealership, is seeking a Car Sales Executive to join their team in their busy branch based in Carlisle.

What will the successful Car Sales Executive do? 
  • Understand and adapt to the customers’ buying strategy.
  • Encourage customers to experience the product first hand.
  • Upsell product features.
  • Process enquiries.
  • Display excellent customer service skills.
  • Plan and organise their own daily sales activity.
  • Work effectively alongside colleagues and other departments.
  • Positively participate in training and development opportunities to assist the group in achieving its aims and objectives.
The successful Car Sales Executive will have:
  • A proven track record in the motor trade desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A full UK driving license.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with a range of demographics.
  • An engaging, driven, and passionate approach to work.
The successful Car Sales Executive will get: 
  • OTE of c. £50,000 (Sell 150 cars, earn between £50,000 & £55,000) - Uncapped potential.
  • 1 in 2 Weekends off.
