Our client, a franchise approved commercial vehicle dealer group with multiple sites nationwide, are currently looking to hire a Service Advisor for their busy Kidderminster dealership.

- Scheduling and managing customer bookings to maintain workshop capacity.
- Regularly updating customers on vehicle progress, repair times, and cost estimates.
- Producing accurate job cards, invoices, and estimates, while identifying retail, warranty, and non-chargeable repairs.
- Liaising with the Parts Department to confirm parts availability and efficiency.
- Exemplary communication skills for interacting with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail for managing time and meeting deadlines.
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably with Kerridge system knowledge.
- A positive, customer-focused mindset with resilience and motivation to achieve team success.
