Independent Garage Manager – North London
  • Starting Basic Salary £35,000 plus Bonuses.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced individual to join my client’s team as an Independent Garage Manager. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

My client is offering the successful Garage Manager:
  • Starting salary of £35,000 plus bonus
  • Working Hours: 8:30am – 6pm Monday to Friday with Rota’d Saturday’s.
  • A generous holiday allowance of 25 Days plus Bank Holidays!
  • Company Benefits including Company Pension, Employee Discount, Onsite parking, Monthly commission etc.
Key Responsibilities of a Garage Manager:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the garage, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Allocate work to a team of skilled technicians, whilst providing guidance and support to achieve high performance.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping.
What our Client expects of the successful Auto Garage Manager:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrating management and motivational skills
  • Proven record of excellent customer service skills
  • Time Management
  • A working history within the automotive sector
  • Clean driving licence – Automatic and Manual
