We are working on behalf of a leading commercial Main Dealership in the Honiton area, Devon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of a well-established dealership. To be considered for this role you must have experience as a Transaction/Business Manager, Sales Controller, Assistant Sales Manager or Sales Manager position , ideally in a Main Dealership, as our client requires someone to walk into the business and hit the ground running. 

Responsibilities as a Sales Manager:
  • Oversee and manage the commercial sales team
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the dealership
Qualifications needed to be considered for this Sales Manager position:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
