Our Client, a Volume Car Dealership, in the Cambridge area is urgently seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor to join their busy Automotive Service Department. Our client is a well-established and highly regarded business. They strive to provide excellent service in terms of quality of their work and customer care.

The successful Vehicle Service Advisor will be expected to have excellent customer service skills, you will be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner and participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team. Your duties will include responding to customer enquiries relating to service and repairs, ensuring the vehicle will be ready at the time agreed and advising the customer as necessary.

Previous experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor within a Main Car Dealership would be highly desirable.

In return for your hard work as  vehicle Service Advisor you will receive a competitive basic salary up to £30,000 (Negotiable pending experience) with fantastic bonus opportunities.
