  • Position: LCV Service Technician 
  • Location: Northampton
  • Basic Salary: Up to £32,000 + Bonus
  • OTE: Up to £44,000
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9:00am - 1:00pm

Our client, a well-established commercial dealership in Northampton, is on the lookout for a dedicated LCV Service Technician to become an integral part of their workshop team.

Responsibilities for an LCV Service Technician:
  • Conduct maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of light commercial vehicles (LCVs) in line with manufacturer standards
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with the workshop team to ensure a seamless workflow and high-quality service delivery
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and workshop regulations
Requirements for this position:
  • Previous experience as an LCV Technician or in a similar role within the motor trade industry
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to delivering high standards of work
  • Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently
  • Valid UK driver's license
