- Basic Salary Circa £45,000
- OTE circa £75,000+
- 5 Day working week - 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Occasional Saturdays with a day off in the week.

General Sales Manager Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the showroom and Vehicle Display areas uphold the standards of the brand and are kept neat and tidy.
- Keeping the Car Sales Team motivated and ensuring they are correctly targeted.
- Ensuring Senior Sales Teams (Managers and controllers) are kept up to date with KPIs, creating and communicating plans to achieve and maximise profits.
- Maintaining the Staff Rotas
- Chairing of Morning Meetings to continue to drive the business forward
- Ensuring the Sales Process is fully adhered to
- Controlling the Sales Team to ensure that follow-up targets and daily prospecting are achieved.
