  • OTE £34,000+ (% profit share)

My client in Leicestershire is a franchised dealership group with an excellent track record for customer service. They are now in a position to expand their service team.

As a Advisor you will need to have the skill set to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Therefore, previous experience as a service advisor will put you at a great advantage. 

Responsibilities of a Service Advisor include: 
  • You will have excellent customer service skills as you will be responsible for greeting customers and providing vehicle updates.
  • Book service and repair work always liaising with the workshop and parts department to obtain both availability and progress updates.
  • Taking payments and producing invoices for customers ensuring that their expectations are met.
  • Ensure customers are fully informed and understand the process.
  • To make telephone follow-up / Up-sell / Progress calls
The successful Vehicle Service Advisor will already have Service Advisor experience within a Main Dealer and be comfortable enough in your knowledge and experience to pick up the role straight away. My client is ideally looking for expertise in CDK, 1-Link, upselling experience/confidence etc.

It is also essential that you are friendly and personable with excellent communication and customer service skills.  

Motor-trade experience is required to be considered for this role.
