They are currently seeking a experienced Vehicle Warranty Administrators /Service Adviosor to join their expanding team, and work as a Warranty Claims Adminstrator.

- Verify and process warranty claim submissions.
- Deliver customer service support to dealer partners and authorized repairers.
- Foster and maintain relationships with main dealer workshops and authorized repairers.
- Facilitate communication between customers and repairers.
- Evaluate incoming claims via email or online channels.
- Ensure claims, capped at £700, comply with terms and conditions before authorization or rejection.
- Be self-motivated, flexible, and reliable
- Have general PC skills & experience in MS Office
- Experienced Service Advisors or Warranty Admninstrators are ideally suited for this opporuntity, but my client will also consinder people from a backgorun in policies, claims, insurance or any other automotive experience.
