Parts Manager Needed in Liverpool
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm with alternate Saturdays, 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
  • Salary: £35,000 plus bonus

Our client, a leading Car Supermarket, is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established company that prioritizes employee satisfaction and offers a positive work environment with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities as a Parts Manager:
  • Oversee the parts department, ensuring efficient inventory control and stock management
  • Coordinate ordering, receiving, and distribution of parts to meet customer and workshop demands
  • Lead the parts team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms for cost-effective solutions
  • Analyse parts performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to the team to foster a collaborative work culture
What We’re Looking For in a Parts Manager:
  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager within a car supermarket or used car dealership
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in automotive parts management systems and Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred
