  • 1 in 2 Saturdays (with a day off during the week when working Saturday)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Roadside Vehicle Technician to join our Client’s team in the Southampton area.

Our Client is a well-established and reputable company specializing in roadside assistance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled technician who enjoys variety and thrives in an environment where no two days are the same. You will be the face of the company, helping customers in need by diagnosing and repairing vehicles at the roadside.

As a Roadside Vehicle Technician, you will need to combine your excellent technical skills with exceptional customer service, offering peace of mind and solutions to vehicle issues quickly and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a similar role, a strong technical background, and a calm, professional demeanor when dealing with customers.

Duties of a Roadside Vehicle Technician with our Client:
  • Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle faults at the roadside.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and reassurance to customers.
  • Completing accurate documentation and reports after each job.
  • Liaising with the central team to ensure jobs are managed efficiently.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and company procedures.
What our client expects of their Roadside Vehicle Technician:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a vehicle technician role.
  • Strong diagnostic and technical skills across a range of vehicles.
  • A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Full UK Driving Licence – essential.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
