As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out diagnostic work, repairs, servicing, and MOT testing on a wide range of vehicles. Utilising the latest diagnostic technology, tools, and best practice processes within the centre, you will provide the highest level of service to our customers.

- Conduct diagnostic investigations to identify and rectify faults.
- Perform servicing to manufacturer standards for all makes of vehicles.
- Carry out thorough vehicle examinations to identify non-routine defects or faults.
- Perform Electronic Vehicle Health Checks and Video Health Checks.
- Conduct road tests for diagnosis and to test repairs.
- Collaborate closely with Service Advisors to keep them informed of work progress and completed tasks.
- Engage directly with customers to discuss technical issues when necessary.
- Obtain appropriate authorisation before completing any work.
- Maintain a high level of technical competence through regular training.
- Previous franchise dealer experience in a similar role.
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to rectify faults efficiently.
- MOT Tester qualification is desirable but not essential
- Excellent technical competence in diagnosing and servicing vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues and customers.
- Full UK driving license.
