- Basic up to £30,000 depending on experience
- OTE Circa £33,570
- Monday - Friday 08:00 - 18:00 + Saturday mornings on a rota 08:00 - 13:00
Working as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and hands-on approach is paramount. In this role you will ensure that the right part is in the right place at, the right time.
Key Responsibilities of Trade Parts Sales Executive:
- Ensure all parts taken from stock to fulfil are invoiced.
- Answer all incoming both internal and external telephone calls.
- Receive orders over the trade counter or via post, telephone or sales staff.
- To suggest appropriate product alternatives if applicable and upsell.
- Take payments by cash, cheque and credit card transactions received on behalf of the company.
- Complete all required administration accurately, effectively and on time.
- Be familiar with the appearance and purpose of all parts and use catalogues and price lists to identify parts to meet customer requirements.
- Perform parts department stock checks when required.
- Keep price lists up to date.
- Meet and exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining profitability.
- Deliver parts to customers.
- Maintain correct van stock.
The successful Parts Sales Executive candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisation skills and ideally come with a previous parts background, within either plant or automotive industry that’s deals with the sales of parts.
Motor Trade Parts Experience is essential.
