Are you a skilled Panel Beater looking for a new challenge? Do you want to work in a team-oriented environment that values good quality work, integrity, and employee development? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our busy, reputable Accident Repair Workshop team based in Dartford.

As a Panel Beater, you’ll play a important role in the repair process, restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You’ll work on a range of makes and models, using industry-standard tools and equipment to perform high-quality bodywork repairs, including:
  • Removing, repairing, and replacing damaged body panels
  • Realigning chassis and body frames using state-of-the-art equipment
  • Repairing small dents, scratches, and minor body damage
  • Using filler and sanding down surfaces to achieve a perfect finish
  • Ensuring work is carried out to the highest safety standards and manufacturer specifications
  • Conducting thorough quality checks before the vehicle is handed over
You’ll be working in a collaborative team of professionals dedicated to delivering outstanding service for our customers.

What Our Client is Looking For in their next Panel Beater:
  • Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a crash repair or accident repair workshop
  • A solid understanding of body repair techniques and welding procedures
  • Experience using bodywork tools and equipment, including jigs, welding machines, and chassis straightening systems
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • NVQ/IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair (or equivalent) preferred but not essential
