- Working hours: Monday - Friday: 08:00 - 17:30 1 in 4 Saturdays: 08:00 - 12:30
Our client, a Franchised Vehicle Dealership in Winchester, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service, even if you don't have previous automotive experience.
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the vital communication link between our customers and the workshop, ensuring their vehicles are serviced to the highest standard. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, and you'll join a supportive and friendly team environment.

Duties of a Service Advisor:
- Arranging and booking vehicle servicing appointments via telephone and email.
- Greeting customers and serving as their main point of contact during their vehicle’s service.
- Providing updates and advising on necessary repair work to keep customers informed and satisfied.
- Creating invoices and explaining the work carried out to customers in a clear, understandable manner.
- Proactively rescheduling future maintenance appointments to ensure ongoing vehicle care.
- Liaising with technicians to monitor progress and ensure service and repairs are completed on time.
- Handling customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly.
- Upselling additional services or products where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.

- Basic understanding of automotive services (advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided).
- Commitment to continuous learning and development, with a desire to achieve accreditation within the first year.
