  • Salary: Up to £35,000 Basic salary depending on skills and experience
  • OTE: Circa £40,000
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday 42.5 hours per week
We’re seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a dynamic team at a well-established automotive dealership in Telford. If you have a passion for perfection and a love for vehicles, this role is your chance to shine.

Responsibilities of the Paint Sprayer Role:
  • Prepare vehicles for paintwork, including masking and priming.
  • Mix and match paint to achieve accurate colour variants.
  • Apply paint with precision to ensure a flawless, high-quality finish.
  • Maintain and clean all equipment and workspaces.
  • Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience as a paint sprayer, ideally in an accident repair centre.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional work.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
