Office Assistant Required in Leatherhead for an Automotive Paint Specialist Dealership
  • Pay: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (no weekends)
  • Solid administrative experience, with a background in the automotive industry being advantageous (but not essential)
Our client, a world-renowned Automotive Paint Specialist Dealership, is seeking a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to join their customer service and administration team based in Leatherhead. Duties of the Office Assistant include:
  • Acting as the essential link between the workshop/paint team and customers.
  • Handling front-office responsibilities such as answering calls and addressing customer inquiries.
  • Organizing and managing materials, including light manual tasks like unpacking and carrying frames or boxes.
  • Accurately inputting customer and inventory data into IT systems.
  • Ensuring clear and efficient communication between team members and clients to support smooth operations.
What our client expects from you as an Office Assistant:
  • A positive, can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage light physical tasks, such as carrying frames and boxes.
  • Solid administrative experience, with a background in the automotive industry being advantageous (but not essential).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and a willingness to learn new IT systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
