Vehicle Technician Required in Exeter, Devon

  • Circa £35,000 Basic Salary
  • Up to £40,000 if a Master Technician 
  • Approved used dealership
  • Monday to Friday Only
  • No Weekends!

Our client is a well-established Approved Dealership that has been operating in the area for the last 30 years! They are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join their team. As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services to our customers.

Responsibilities of a Vehicle Technician:

  • Performing diagnostic tests and identifying faults in vehicles
  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, including servicing, brakes, suspension, and engine work
  • Completing work to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Using diagnostic equipment and computer systems to diagnose vehicle problems
  • Ensuring that all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationship

Requirements of a Car Mechanic:

  • Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician in a similar role
  • Ability to diagnose and repair a range of vehicle faults
  • Knowledge of vehicle systems, components, and operations
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
