- Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:15 PM (1 in 5 weeks until 5:30 PM)
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (1 in 3 Saturdays)
- Total: 42.5 hours per week
- Lunch Break: 1 hour
- Holiday Entitlement: 22 days + 8 standard bank holidays

- Customer Interaction: Respond to inbound customer calls, providing expert advice on automotive parts and accessories.
- Sales Generation: Proactively engage in outbound sales calls to generate new business and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Order Processing: Accurately process orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Experience: Previous experience in a tele-sales or customer service role within the automotive industry is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
