  • Up To £26,000 Basic Salary + Bonus (£29,00 OTE!)
  • Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm, No Weekends. Option for earlier finishes.

Located in Cambridge, Our Client a Prestige Main Car Dealership is looking to add to its highly efficient and skilled team of Vehicle Parts Advisors.

Our Client offers its customers a guarantee of professional standards and craftsmanship when their vehicle is with them, as such they are looking to employ experienced and technically gifted Service Advisors. Being able to work in a busy pressurised environment, using the latest equipment, for one of the most recognised groups in the Reading  area

Our Client is offering the Commercial Parts Advisor:
  • A Basic Salary up to £26,000 + Bonus
  • Monday to Friday Working Hours 8am - 6pm, no weekends.
  • Prestige Main Dealership Representing A Leading Brand

Duties of a Parts Advisor:
  • To ensure that all customers and internal parts needs are dealt with promptly and courteously responding immediately to requests for parts
  • To be continuously and consistently conscious of customer needs providing at all times the highest level of courtesy and service, and promote customer satisfaction and dealership CXI rating
  • Working within the sales team on sales of product promotions by answering telephone queries and dealing with electronic queries
  • To report any stock damage or stock losses to the manager without delay
  • To ensure that the work area is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and that Health and Safety and COSHH requirements are adhered to all times
What our Client expects of their Parts Advisor:
  • Proactive approach in maintaining customer standards
  • Good telephone manner
  • Organisational and administration skills
  • Experience using Kerridge is Advantageous but not essential
  • Full and Clean Driving License
