- £45,000 starting basic salary + bonus
- £55,000 OTE
- Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:30 no weekends.
- Company Car after 3 month probation period.
Our client works direct with the manufacturers and trade accounts. Our clients focus is out of the industry, working with industrial cleaning equipment.
The successful Car Sales Manager would be responsible for supporting the sales department. This role involves customer service, technical advice, site surveys and departmental coordination to maintain an efficient and profitable operation. You will be responsible for two field sales executives, who will go and pitch equipment to clients, 90% of these are won.
The role would include supporting the sales staff to hit targets, and to close new client deals. The role will also entail client site visits to carry out site surveys and work with the manufacture in Germany to quote the correct dust recovery solutions for the environment (these can be small projects or full fixed systems). It's an exciting role as you get to visit some incredible places such as Rolls Royce Aerospace, Caterpillar, F1 teams, super factories, carbon fibre factories and a large amount of food manufacturers, with this role you get to see behind the scenes of many different brands and assist them with their manufacturing processes!
Qualifications Required of the Car Sales Manager:
- Proven experience in sales management or relevant role.
- Knowledge of machinery / mechanical experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Higley Resourceful in resolving issues
- Sales experience and a mechanical mindset would be desirable
