Are you an experienced Smart Repairer looking for a fantastic new opportunity and love the idea of being mobile covering a small geographic area around Northern Ireland.

Our Client, a well-established Smart Repair Group who operate on a National scale, are looking to employ someone experienced within Smart Repair to look after the Belfast area!

Experience as a Smart Repairer is required for this position. After your induction and initial training period, you will need to hit the ground running in Belfast and surrounding areas.

Our Client is looking for a SMART Repairer with:
  • Previous body repair/paint spraying experience
  • Have a high working standard with a keen eye for detail
  • Work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative with minimal supervision
  • Be flexible in your approach
  • Continually work to high standards with customer satisfaction in mind
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance
  • Have a great attitude and work ethic!
  • A passion for cars and a desire to be part of an exciting expanding brand is a must
The right person for the role should be energetic and self-motivated. It’s important that you can work on your own initiative and have great people skills.

Our Client is offering a basic salary which is set at £28,00, with an uncapped commission structure taking earnings to £45,000 OTE! – This is a pay plan perfectly created for a Smart Repairer who is money motivated and highly efficient in their work. An experienced, organised, motivated and ambitious technician could easily achieve £60,000+ with additional weekend work.

Experience required for the Smart Repairer Role:
  • Bodyshop/smart repair: 2 years (required)
  • Licence: Full Driving Licence
