  • £28,000 - £35,000 OTE (dependent on experience)
  • Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to join a long-established, family-run business with a fantastic reputation? This dealership specialises in selling new and used vehicles while offering expert repair services for multiple leading brands. Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
  • Be a key figure in the front of house team. 
  • Manage customer bookings and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
  • Offer professional advice on repair options and invoice work accurately.
  • Maximise upsell opportunities through the vehicle health check process.
  • Prepare estimates for repair costs and timescales.
  • Promote service plans and other aftersales products.
  • Handle customer invoices, payments, and follow-up communications to ensure satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous motor trade experience in a Service Advisor or similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills and proficiency in computer systems.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented, and customer-focused.
