- Salary: £58K Basic/ £68K OTE
- Hours: 44 Hours per week Monday - Friday ONLY, No Weekends!
Key Responsibilities as a Parts Sales Manager:
- Team Leadership: Lead, drive, and motivate the parts team to achieve high performance.
- Monitoring & Development: Oversee the Parts Advisors, ensuring high performance and identifying training and personal development opportunities for staff.
- Sales Performance: Manage sales targets and develop strategies to increase revenue through various channels, including manufacturer and trade accounts.
- Customer Focus: Maintain and develop relationships with key customers, particularly in the accident repair sector.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the efficient operation of the parts department, maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Experience: Applications are sought from experienced Parts Managers or Sales Managers. Those currently in roles such as Parts Supervisor or Parts Advisor with team leadership experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of automotive parts, particularly within the accident repair sector.
- Skills: Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to drive team performance.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in automotive parts management or related fields are advantageous.
