Our client, a well-established, family-run independent garage in Farnborough, is looking for an enthusiastic Service Administrator / Office Assistant to join their friendly team. About the Role As a Service Administrator / Office Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the office. You’ll ensure smooth administrative processes, support the workshop team, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities as a Service Administrator with our Client:
  • Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner and handle incoming enquiries (phone, email, and in-person).
  • Schedule vehicle services, repairs, and MOTs, ensuring efficient use of workshop time.
  • Maintain accurate records, invoices, and customer details using the garage’s software.
  • Liaise with technicians and relay updates to customers about their vehicle’s progress.
  • Assist with general office duties, including filing, data entry, and supply management.
  • Support management with reporting and operational tasks as needed.
